i can't sign on, well i never have, i get an error when i do

    here's what it says...

Unable to connect to the SOCKS proxy server. Check your proxy sever settings on the Connectinos tab. Press Retry to attempt to connect directly.

I hit retry and it acts like it tries and then jus takes me back ta the same page. I tried every diff setting on ma connections tab, y won't it work???

defiantely go to connections and check your proxy settings.. if you are unsure of anything restart and do it in safe mode.

then you're probable using a proxy server so you will have to find the address for that. Best bet would be to check out another students connection.
