your specs shouldn't have an impact. you just need an internet connections. works fine for me. is it just this connection/computer? Have you tried other connections and computers? What browser do you use? I had this issue with internet explorer many times years ago , would crash on all sites.

Have you tried different browsers? And, as @CodeNAnime said. Which browser are you using? Is MSN the only site with issues? If not, and the issue is with multiple browsers, then it's most likely a DNS issue.

DNS issue or maybe your internet doesn't work if you get an error ?

Go into your DNS settings and try using a reliable public DNS server e.g Google 8.8.8.8 primary address and 8.8.4.4 secondary address . If the problem is then fixed, that answers your question ;)
