hey there, i've been having problems with my msn like other people have and the virus keeps sending a zip file with it's self to all my contacts. and i've tried everything i could to make this go away. however, even when i reformatted it didnt dissappear, and im beginning to think that maybe the virus is possibly embedded into my email, right? and if so how would i solve this? i'd also really appreciate it if you could give me a solution for both.

    thanks in advance
