In the add and remove programs i have tryed to remove it but it wont it comes up as. This patch package could not be opened. Verify that the patch package exists and that you can access it,or contact the application vendor to verify that this is a valid Windows Installer Patch Package.
What does this mean and how can i do this so i can delete it, and the popup message that i keep getting that msn search tool bar could not accesss this page please restart your computer if you have downloaded a newer version of msn tool bar which i had done a doxen times and not worked it also tells me if that does not work to try downloading msn tool bar again but it wont do it as it comes up as haveing an old tool bar allready excits and needs to be deleted as you can see all this is going around in circles .
How can i fix this problem. PLEASE

Plus the popup of msn search tool bar could not access this page for you, if you have installed the latest version of msn tool bar you need to shut down to actavated which i have a dozen times and still have no luck with it.

Cheryl - download, update and run adaware and spybot.

Then see post 3 in your thread, download and run HiJackThis but don't let it 'fix' anything..copy the report and paste it into your next post. Someone will then look at it and tell you if you need to fix anything.

Looks like you have a few problems so go to this site and download hijackthis to its own folder somewhere away from the desktop and then post back here the log that it produces so we can tell you what to fix ...
