msncc (not responding)

    My system seems to lock up and when I hit Ctrl-Alt-Delete I get the message that msncc (not repsonding) Can anyone tell me what is happening and how I can correct the problem.

    "msncc" relates to MSN Internet Access which provides Internet access to your computer.
    What system are you using..installed Ram etc.
    Are you running Anti-virus and Spyware programs?

    I am running Windows Me 128MB Ram. I have Spybot and Adware that I run.

    What is the processor type and speed?

    Another 128 MB of RAM would improve overall performance.

    what other entries in that startup list have a checkmark next to them?
