multiple boot options

Yes I have my cousins laptop and he wants to get rid of his multiple boot options, cause his D: Recovery is almost full. I've researched and researched and haven't had any help with trying to figure this OS out. Any help is appreciated.

What choices do they have on startup....and what one do they want to remove?
