    Hello all,

I have a friend that is having problems with her computer. I've never seen this problem and can't find a thing about it on the internet. The problem she
is having is when she is online and goes to "any" webpage sometimes numerous browsers open at a really fast rate. All being the last website she had been recently. When she closes one, it will reopen back up about 20 or more times. Sometimes this happens when she goes to shut down the computer for the night and then all of a sudden 20 pages suddenly show up right in a row. She ran her virus scans with nothing there, ran the spybot and adware scans and nothing there. So now we are stumped. My first thought was to have her clean her mouse and then clean her keyboard. Anyone with ideas?

    Welcome to TSG!! :)

Have her make a folder on your hard drive, like My Documents\HJT
    Download Hijackthis.
Unzip the file to the folder on your hard drive.

Double click on Hijackthis.exe then click on the "Scan" button, then click on "Save Log".

Copy and paste it back here and someone will be happy to review it.

Don't make any changes until instructed to do so.
