    I misread your post # 11 and thought you had just two sticks of ram.
    Let the memtest run its course and report back with the result.

    Are all three ram sticks the same type and speed settings?
    Once your system is up and running you can double check the ram on Crucial website.
    http://www.crucial.com/usa/en/systemscanner
    ======
    An unactivated system - one not registered with Microsoft may just show 8Gb of ram.
    Has Windows been activated?
    ======
    There are some questions asked - that remain unanswered.
    1. When were you last able to start the pc and reach the desktop?
    2. What was the last change you made to the pc?
    3. Will it start in safe mode or safe mode with networking?
    4. You said you updated your drivers - did you run a AMD driver update?
    5. Has Windows been activated?

    Please answer all question and that will help us - help you.

    Until you activate Windows - we cannot help you.

    Activate Windows and then return and post the information from the link below.

    Please download MGADiag to your desktop.
    Double-click on MGADiag.exe
    Click - Continue
    Ensure that the "Windows" tab is selected (it should be by default).
    Click the "Copy" button to copy the MGA Diagnostic Report to the Windows clipboard.
    Paste the MGA Diagnostic Report back here in your next reply.
