I have a new laptop (XP Pro) with a different version of Outlook (not express) than the one I'm use to on my desktop. Under tools, then email accounts. A window opens that says I can change accounts, directories, and address books.
My question is: Can I use this one address book for my different businesses, and still send and receive emails with different accounts. In other words, can I send mail form one address book, but still use several different email accounts that I can choose and change which ones. I know, confusing!
    Any Thoughts?

I'm going to move your post to Business Applications. I think you'll get more response there.

Yes you can. I have several email accounts set up in Outlook. I just compose the email, and then when I come to send it, rather than just pressing the SEND button, I use the little drop down by the side of it and choose which account to send it from.

Maybe it will be that simple, but my read of the question indicates a bit more complication.

First off what version of Outlook do you have.

Second, you can always configure different e-mail accounts in Outlook to use the same PST or Personal Address Book.

For example, you can set up completely different e-mail profiles that use the same PST file.
