I was doing something in my msconfig yesterday and noticed something that was never there before in the startup..."NvCpl - RUNDLL32.EXE". I took the check out of the box so it wouldnt start at boot and then went about my business. I fired up the computer today and the msconfig box popped up and there it was again...TWICE! The one I unchecked and a new one.

After some internet research on this, I have run across info that states that this is a safe file, but can also be a trojan and/or worm. Not knowing how to tell, I have posted my Hijack This Log for someone to take a look at.

Thanks in advance for any insight to this issue.
