    Hiya

Several vulnerabilities exist in the Mozilla web browser and derived products, the most serious of which could allow a remote attacker to execute arbitrary code on an affected system.

    Systems Affected
    Mozilla software, including the following:

Mozilla web browser, email and newsgroup client
    Firefox web browser
    Thunderbird email client

    Thanks eddie.

I was under the impression that Firefox FRP 1.0 dealt with these issues for that browser but perhaps I misunderstood?.

    Togg, eddie:
Read the US-CERT article, scroll down to III>Solutions.Recommends upgrading to a patched version, i.e., Moz 1.7.3, Firefox 1.0 Preview Release, Thunderbitd 0.8.

I just upgraded from Mozilla 1.7.2 to 1.7.3 and can't send email. Some fix, huh?
(See my lament in another thread)
