Appreciate some assistance.

Have music cassettes and would like to find out if there is a way to transfer what is on them to a PC? Any hardware that will do this?

All that is really needed is to hook up the output of the cassette player to the Line in input of the sound card. Then you need to find some program that will make Wav files to save on the hard drive. Music Match is susposed to be able to do that, but i will not use it as it tries to call home all the time. The following link is to a site with more info and a link to a conversion program.

Thank you for your reply.

Ended up getting RCA jacks from Radio Shack. Also downloaded WinAmp from the website you provided.

Will give it all a whirl and see how it goes.

Have a good week.

:)
