I am currently using rythmbox for my musical needs. But I want the best musical software I could find. I have been searching on amazon maybe someone can point me in the right direction...

You need to specify your "musical needs".

I routinely install VLC in Windows, linux and android because it does what I want. But what I want from a music app might be completely different for what you want.

I love Amarok on my Kubuntu machine. VLC is also a great choice. But then again it depends upon what you really want from your music player.
