When I try to start Musicmatch (any version from 4 to 7) I get a message after the splash screen which says Musicmatch has encountered a problem and needs to shut down. This is on XP. I've tried running it after disabling all startup applications to no avail. Also completely uninstalled--wiped previous install folders. Waiting for MM to get back to me also, but they only want to support registed users and I have to convince them that I am one! Even when you pay, they don't believe you when their app won't run.

I'd say that is a possibility, but I have XP and Musicmatch installed on another PC and they seem to be living happily together.

    Hiya

When the error came up, was there a Details button? If so, can you click it anc copy/paste the contents here.

    Thanks
