Solved Must view emails in Browser, why?

We have received some changes to Outlook 365 and all emails can only be read in the browser.
We are using POP of Comcast accounts.

What settings changes do I need to make to read the emails in the reading pane of Outlook 365?

I did see a message flash in Outlook that the settings were now being saved on the server.
I did remove the check mark on the options Save on server.

We've been dealing with some very frustrated users this afternoon who've been affected by this update. Good times 🙄
