I was trying to send an e-mail (using Outlook Express) this afternoon and it keep failing giving me this message:

An unknown error has occured. Subject 'HEY!', Account: 'Ms N. J. Lawson'
    Server: ' smtp.ntlworld.com',Protocol: SMTP, Server Response: '554 550 mutant Bagle 0',Port: 25,Secure(SSL): No, Server Error: 554, Error Number: 0x800CCC6F

I searched the net for mutant Bagle and found lots of info and some symantec removal tools but even they found nothing... I ran a Hijackthis just incase and pasted it below.

I ran all kinds of scans and have found nothing, I ran AVG, TrendMicro, Panasoftware (Viruscheckers), AdAware 6.0 and Spybot Search & Destroy... nothing, nada... ziperoony it appears my harddrive is completely clean and yet I am unable to send e-mails.
