Just saw your thread. I'm a new member that was also having trouble with mxdisk.sys. This is the Intelliclustster data collection driver for SystemSuite. To keep it form loading into memory (and causing problems with windows update, etc.) just open SystemSuite, check settings and uncheck Itellicluster adn reboot. You can always reactivate it later if desired. No need to unistall the Suite.

The suite is one of the best. But that Intellicluster system is a serious bug in the suite. Just disable it as dr. hoek said and you will be all set. Even if you use the suite's defragger, which is what the intellicluster collection is for, it is not necessary to have the collection enabled. It can be disabled by right-clicking the tray icon, too.
