Download MS Media Creation Tool and run it. It will Generate a USB memory stick or a DVD. Boot with that and re-install Windows.

As lunar said, use the MS Media Creation Tool.

And I believe the USB can be 16 GB, but 32 GB would be more prefreable. But yes, 16 GB does work I believe, correct me if im wrong.

I doubt Rufus would be able to make Windows 10 bootable off of the USB. Though it MAY be good for maybe a few old versions of Windows (2k, 9x, XP) but I doubt that even. Though it is good for a lot of Linux distros.

A Usb stick with a capacity of 8GB or more will work (but if you want to get the 32 AND 64 bit versions together you may need at least 16GB).

You don't need to use Rufus, the Media Creation Tool (MCT) itself can make a UEFI bootable Usb stick.
If you do use Rufus get the latest 19H2 version of 10 (should be the default).
However you make it get the same 32 or 64 bit version as you had before.

Details for using MCT or Rufus here :- https://www.windowscentral.com/how-create-windows-10-usb-bootable-media-uefi-support
