if you want help, then please type out your problem in proper English, not text speak & abbreviations, so we might get a clue what is actually wrong

the only BT modem I know of is supplied by the UK ISP called BT ( British Telecom). I don't know of any Nigerian based BT service

An Advent netbook won't ever have W7 Ultimate installed legitimately, it just won't run it
so before we will offer any help with this

Please run the MGA Diagnostic Tool and post back the report it creates:
    • Download MGADiag to your desktop.
    • Double-click on MGADiag.exe to launch the program
    • Click "Continue"
    • Ensure that the "Windows" tab is selected (it should be by default).
    • Click the "Copy" button to copy the MGA Diagnostic Report to the Windows clipboard.
    • Paste the MGA Diagnostic Report back here in your next reply.
