Brand: ZTE
Model: ZTE T610
Android: 5.1.1
4.33GB internal storage

I recently got the, your storage is full notification. I deleted ALL of my downloads, Music, apps etc...

But when I go onto my storage, it says I still have 2.78 GB of downloads on my phone, even though I deleted All of my downloads.

The only apps on my phone are the preinstalled ones that I can't delete. I also cleared all of the cache.

I don't know what to do.

Please help.

Hi?
I thnk 2.78GB is the space taken by manufacture's apps,
(System memory) this is the minimum amount of space required to run the system.

GO to settings>>>click 'storage' then screenshot and send here.

These are the screenshots.

As you can see in the screenshots above, my phone says I have 2.78GB of downloads but when I click on downloads it shows nothing, because I have already deleted all of my downloads.

some apps like the 'Battery Doctor' help delete the remaining files that are kept even after you delete an app. Use this to clear up the space and get back your GBs.
