My Brother DCP-110C printer has stuck after I removed a jammed piece of paper - it didn't rip - but now the print head is stuck on the right hand side and won't move to print. Manual says to take to a repairer but it will cost more to mend that it cost me to buy. Can anyone help?

I have the same printer, so this should be interesting. =D

Anyway, back to the issue. I'd suggest rebooting it and trying to print a document. Perhaps make a copy or something.

Try replacing the cartridges, or taking them (it) whatever it has out, check for ink build up, then replace.

I've done what you suggested and it still won't clean. I've also taken out and replaced the ink and everything looks clean. The error message says: Unable to clean. Trouble shooting and routine maintenance chapter in User's Guide. Thanks for trying. Good luck with your studies.

I've replaced the cartridges and everything looks clean. I've also disconnected all the leads and turned off the pc and reconnected but that didn't work either. Thanks for trying to help.
