“On March 31, we received a call from Mark Milburn, a nurse at the Waynesboro Hospital emergency room, asking if we had the capability to 3-D print face shields for them,” said Mike Cermak Jr., owner of Cermak Tech, located at 46 S. Potomac St. in Waynesboro. “One of my employees, Carlton Spriggs, has become really good with using our 3-D printer and has printer parts for us to use at Cermak Tech for a while now, so we looked into it and found a design that would work.”
