My computer is audibly asking for permission. Weird!

Ive been using Win10 for a year or so to but twice in the last month my computer has audibly said something like, "I could help you more if you would give me permission to assist you"

The first time I thought it was my imagination since I wasn't searching or in help or anything else where it would be logical for that prompt to come out, but last night it happened again as I was shutting down.

What the heck is going on? Is this a Win10 "feature"? How come it doesn't show up anywhere when I google it?

I gotta admit, its weirding me out.

The only thing I can think of is Cortana. But I have never have heard of Cortana saying that either.

Perhaps we should have this reviewed by our malware specialist to make sure there are no malware creepies....

I just talked to a random guy today IRL who said his has done the same thing and he thinks its Cortana. Had no idea it could talk like that. I have to look at how to switch off Cortana.
