Every now and then while I'm just in the middle of completely normal every day things, like iTunes, MSN, Word, IE etc. everything freezes and then a blue screen comes up saying Vista has been forced to perform an emergency crash dump or something. Then the computer restarts as normal once I've told it to go into safe mode. Why does it keep doing this? Is it serious?

You have a hardware issue. What are some of the numbers that are in the "Blue Screen of Death"?

Sorry I don't know,
it just says something like 'Dumping files to physical memory' or something
and then a load of text at the top
I don't really get time to read it all.
What should I do?
Thanks for your help by the way!
