I can open the My Computer Icon and use the left mouse button with no problem. When I right click the mouse the hourglass just spins. When you control/alt/delete it says that "My Computer" is not responding.
This is the only icon that this happens with and everything else appears normal.
This has just been a recent problem. The computer runs on Win98/ver 2

Make sure all media, cd roms, floppys, are out of the drives. Also if you have a digital cam or usb drive connected you may want to disconnect them. Could be that your pc is having trouble reading some form of media. That is why my computer never opens.
    Good Luck.
