I recorded some VHS tapes of my family onto a blank Philips DVD. I wanted to post these home videos onto Youtube so my entire family could see, but once I put the CD into my computer, it says that it's empty. I know the videos are on there, but my computer just isn't reading them. Is there any way to access the files on my DVD on my computer? Please help

KimmieTee, could you describe how you did this transfer from VHS to DVD please?
What software did you use to do the transfer.... What video format are the movies in (.avi .mpg etc.)?

It's quite possible that the TOC on the DVD is missing, corrupt or unreadable. Nero is capable of restoring corrupted TOC information (Ignore Illegal TOC option), you might want to give that a shot.
