My computer seems to be riddled with spyware! Please help!

Hello, my computer has started running really slowly and I'm worried that it is seriously infected.
I have run various anti-spyware and anti-virus programs with varying degrees of success and while I am not being plagued by pop-ups or recieving virus alerts, the machine is behaving erratically with screen freezes, crashes and as I say, a definite drop in performance.
I am not the only user so I cannot account for any activity which may have caused this problem but I would be most grateful if you would look at my HijackThis log and advise me of any action to be taken.

Regards, BigRog

Close all applications and browser windows before you click "fix checked".

Please download the OTMoveIt2 by OldTimer.
  • Save it to your desktop.
  • Please double-click OTMoveIt2.exe to run it. (Note: If you are running on Vista, right-click on the file and choose Run As Administrator).
  • Copy the lines in the codebox below to the clipboard by highlighting ALL of them and pressing CTRL + C (or, after highlighting, right-click and choose Copy):

    Code:
    C:\WINDOWS\system32\mscl.exe
    C:\WINDOWS\appjd32.exe
  • Return to OTMoveIt2, right click in the "Paste Custom List Of Files/Patterns To Move" window (under the yellow bar) and choose Paste.
  • Click the red Moveit! button.
  • Copy everything in the Results window (under the green bar) to the clipboard by highlighting ALL of them and pressing CTRL + C (or, after highlighting, right-click and choose copy), and paste it in your next reply.
  • Close OTMoveIt2
Note: If a file or folder cannot be moved immediately you may be asked to reboot the machine to finish the move process. If you are asked to reboot the machine choose Yes. In this case, after the reboot, open Notepad (Start->All Programs->Accessories->Notepad), click File->Open, in the File Name box enter *.log and press the Enter key, navigate to the C:\_OTMoveIt\MovedFiles folder, and open the newest .log file present, and copy/paste the contents of that document back here in your next post.

Now run SuperAntiSpyware, update the definitions from the web and post the resulting log with a new hijackthis log.

Hello and thank you for your reply.

I apologise for my tardiness in responding but I've hit big problems.

I fixed the items in HijackThis, copied and pasted the script to OTMoveIt2 and saved the log as advised, then ran SuperAntiSpyware on default scan settings - this is where the problems began.

The scan found 1790 objects and began quarantining/removing them - this process took nigh on half an hour after which a reboot was requested - I did this and waited.....

....and waited and wated.

After about 10 minutes, Windows shut down and started to boot. It got past the loading bar onto the blue screen that normally say Windows is loading, just before the user name screen - and it froze. There was random hard drive activity, so I went away for a cup of tea, came back - it was still the same.

In the end, I left the machine overnight hoping against hope that it would have successfully booted by this morning - no joy.

Windows won't boot to safe mode it stumbles at \WINDOWS\System32\Drivers\Mup.sys

if I try a normal boot now it throws up the error; Issas.exe - System error
and says password return is invalid. Then it goes into a loop and reboots/throws up the same error - add infinitum.

I've run recovery console and that won't let me log into Windows, saying the password is invalid:confused:

Do you think there is any way I can get Windows back without a complete re-install?

thank you in advance for your reply:)
