My connection is like 32k

    Hard Drives: C: Total - 597165 MB, Free - 474566 MB;
    Motherboard: Gateway, WG43M
    Antivirus: AVG Anti-Virus Free Edition 2011, Disabled-I cant get rid of
    Avira paid version
    zone alarm
    When opening pages or browser it takes like 10 seconds on average, I have ATT 6.0 mb connection which goes from normal to better than a T1 line. My neighbors seem to know what I am doing on the computer. It says at bottom left resolving proxy.
    I have OTL and hijack this but nothing jumps out at me.

    What makes you think your neighbors are hacking into and monitoring your internet connection?

    Do you have a wired or wireless connection?

    If it's a wireless connection, do you have it configured to be secure?

    Have you contacted AT&T tech support for assistance?
