Hello, everytime I download something, about 30 - 45 %, the download stops or freezes. I do not know why. I have a 64 bit os. Could it be my internet? I do not think so. I have COX HIGH SPEED INTERNET. Please help. Thanks, I appreciate your assistance!:)

To test things out, I sometimes go to Download.com and pick something randomly to download. Download.com is on a good network and speeds should be good. That will help you narrow down the problem. Maybe it has something to do with the server you are trying to download from.

    Malware Problem?
    Lets also check that.
Run a Full Scan using SAS and MalwareBytes.

    Follow the below instructions Carefully:
    1. Download HiJackThis from the link in my signature
    2. Run a Scan.
    3. Save a Logfile(On your Desktop)
    4. DO NOT FIX ANYTHING BY YOURSELF.
(Fixing Anything Might cause Unwanted System Instability,BSOD's and Even Render your System Unusable)
5.Copy and Paste all the contents
    6. Paste them in the reply Window
