Here is your motherboard support page;
B550 AORUS ELITE AX (rev. 1.0) Key Features | Motherboard - GIGABYTE Global
Download these drivers and install in the following order;
Chipset
Sound
Lan
It appears your board has wireless lan as well so install that also
Go to the nvidia support page and download/install the latest video driver
Reboot each time when prompted.
I did most of the work for you.

These are the Windows 10 64-bit drivers listed in the order that crjdriver advised you to install them in post #8.

If the above does not work for you, then do what I suggested. Make the bootable usb using the media creation tool. Boot with the usb. Delete ALL partitions on the system drive. Install windows. Note you still must install your drivers in the order referenced above.
im not sure how to do all this is there like a video?

I have no idea. Your picture just shows some realtek gaming controller.

From what you are posting, IMO the best advice would be to either do a lot of reading before attempting an install OR just take the system to a shop and have them install windows, drivers, etc for you.

is this the correct driver? bc i downloaded this thinking it was the right one
I provided the 6 device drivers in post #17 that you need - according to what crjdriver said in post #8 that you need.
But you said in post #17 that you already have them.
The ethernet device in your motherboard is a Realtek model.
It sounds like you need someone computer-knowledgeable to help you.
