Restart Hijack This, put a check mark against the following:

    O3 - Toolbar: (no name) - {2ECB7FB2-0333-416F-92FD-4904AD49252B} - (no file)
    O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [TkBellExe] "C:\Program Files\Common Files\Real\Update_OB\realsched.exe" -osboot
    O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [QuickTime Task] "C:\Program Files\QuickTime\qttask.exe" -atboottime
O9 - Extra button: FlashGet (HKLM)
    O9 - Extra 'Tools' menuitem: &FlashGet (HKLM)

    Click Fix Checked

    Restart your computer

Personally, I would uninstall flashget, but that is a user decision

If it is v1.3 then you can keep it, previous versions all included spyware and my trust is very difficult to win back

To be honest, it's a waste of system resources doesn't really do anything
