    I think I may have a few problems, norton and spybot scans clean but some stuff here doesn't look right. anyone?

    The 02 BHO can be fixed.

    The 03 toolbar is a McAfee remnant.

    The 09's are the Network Diagnostics for Windows XP tool. This tool is available to help you identify and fix connection problems.

    The 011 can be fixed.
