I edit my photo images in Picasa 3. Then I export them to C/MyDocuments/Export. Then sometimes I need to attach them to e-mails and e-mail them out.
This is the problem:
I create image (digital photo) files and edit them in Picasa 3 to usually about 900 kb. I then send the image to my C/MyDocuments/Export file.
When I attach the image to an e-mail to e-mail it out, the image file is somehow shrunken to as little as 65kb. Too small. This has started happening the last few months, didn't use to happen.
I have a yahoo e-mail address, and a g-mail e-mail address also.
I have tried attaching these image files to BOTH e-mail addresses, and found that BOTH my e-mail addresses attach the shrunken files.
When I send images out directly from my MyDocuments/Export file WITHOUT using e-mail, the images come out full file size, in the 900kb range. (This happens when I sent the images to my web pages and my blog, a process which does not use e-mail).
Where is the problem and what can I do about it?
How can I attach full file size images to my e-mail?
Or, failing that--how can I send out full size, larger image files to anyone on my e-mail list?
Thanks for any help.

Welcome to the TSG Forum.

Are you using Outlook Express ???
I always create my Email ...
Then Click > Drag & Drop my photos to the body of the Email ....
This will attach the photo(s) that I chose, to OE.

You're making this too complicated.
Just upload to your Picasa Web Gallery and send the link to your email recipients.
