when i turn my computer on im not able to get on the internet, or access my networking in the control panel. If i go in to safemode with networking i can access the net no problem, just cant figure out why it runs super slow and i cant access the net in regular mode.

something is blocking in normal mode - it could be firewall/security suite

no i checked the fire walls, i cant even access alot of things in my access panel it just shows that loading symbol and it never opens, tried going back to a restore point but that still didnt do anything. The computer runs fine in safe mode, just cant get it access the internet in regular mode and it runs so slow. I really suck with computers so any help would be great.
