Is the keyboard attached to a laptop or a desktop? If it's the latter, I wouldn't waste my time trying to troubleshoot an issue affecting a lot of keys; I'd buy a new keyboard.
Okay, can you describe more specifically what happens with the keys? For example, hitting the letter "A" doesn't do anyything? Or is it the function keys on the keyboard?
In order to understand better what we are dealing with here, please download and run the TSG System Information Utility on the affected PC, and then post the results back to this thread.
None of my function keys work (only when paired sometimes) and my whole bottom layer of letters won't work along with others and I have done so much. Also here is the thing your system told me to copy

Going by the serial number, you have a Yoga 7-14ITL5 Laptop (ideapad) - Type 82BH and it looks as if you registered it in March, 2021. Have you spilled any liquids on the keyboard, or checked to see if there are any crumbs / other debris?
