    Hello,

My laptop is HP tablet PC. This problem just happened recently, I can't access to one website (lets call it as x.com) where at the same I can access to many other sites with no problem.
    it says:
    Error 502 - Bad Request

This error is not suddenly happened, if I fresh boot the laptop and directly connect to the internet/ that website, I still can access it but after 1-2 minutes it's down and gives the error.

The confusing things is, when this laptop connected to the network, it makes the whole network can't access that web site. Once, I disconnect the laptop from the network and restart the router, the other pc on the network can access the website very well.

I was curious that my PC got virus or trojan that causing this problem and i scan my pc with antivirus, antispyware, antimalware....the result is I found my PC infected by:
    Trojan horse backdoor.agent.ydd
    stored in : C:\Document and settings\Network service\local settings\temporary internet files\content.ie5\AJQOO6c9\rpdeuzxa[1].gif.

After I heal it by antivirus and permanent remove the file manually, the same error still occurred.

Any ideas, what is this? and how I can fix this?

    Thanks everybody!!!

Please click here to download and install version 2.0.2 of the HijackThis Installer.

Run it and select Do a system scan and save a logfile.

The log will be saved in Notepad. Copy and paste the log in your next post.

    Do not fix anything

You seem to be running two antivirus programs at the same time, AVG and Smadav (!?!). You should never run more than one at the time or they might conflict with one another and slow down your computer. In this case though, I'm not even sure you are aware of this Smadav... It looks like a rogue antivirus and might very well be the source of your Trojan infection. Try uninstalling it if you can. If not, I would click on Report and kindly ask to be moved to the Malware Removal & HijackThis Logs forum. From there, be patient. You should get an answer within the next 48 hours. These guys are really busy!
