I have downloaded AMD Driver Autodetect Software from AMD website....

It Detected The Graphics hardware is Mobility Radeon HD 5xxx Series
    and
The best driver for this device is catalyst_mobility_32-bit_util.exe

Should I download & installed this video driver software

if you go to their site and look at what it says that

because laptop makers often include other things with the driver direct d/load from amd may be missing some things

i was looking at the driver there when i saw this and the reason i decided to check the laptop model

dell have always included things and the reason you have to get the driver from them but i did not think hp did the same

    try the driver from amd

compare the download size hp is 134.15mg see what size amd is
