I have a HP Pavilion zd8000 with windows xp as my operating system. Everything I have downloaded is in xp format. But when I download msn or skype it tells me there was a failure in internet connection though I've checked the connection. My service pack is 3 and i don't have any viruses as far as I know. I just successfully downloaded Skype but when I sign it it stays the same spinning and when hovering over the icon it says (not connected). I have also checked the accesibilty and tried reinstalling and cleaning out my computer. It won't let me download anything now and nothing works like it used to
    WHAT CAN I DO
