A menu usually shows two or more choices of what you can do next. The only person on this website that knows what the menus say and what choices are displayed is you and you are the only person that can let us know those choices.
Do you know if it is the version of MS-Windows that originally came installed on the computer when it was new, or did you upgrade to a newer version of Windows?
That describes the type of CPU used on the motherboard. I was asking you for the full and exact model number of the computer itself. It should be on a label on the bottom of a laptop or sometimes a label under the battery (turn off laptop before removing the battery).
OP has not returned since January 20th. No point in posting because I doubt he/she is reading the thread.
