The next time you get the blue screen, check near the bottom for a line that says STOP followed by a bunch of letters/numbers and crap. Write that line down, beginning with STOP and including everything after it exactly.

Also look to see if a particular file is mentioned on the blue scree or a particular error. Any more details will help in determining the root of the problem.

chili - go to Start -> Right-click on My Computer and hit properties -> select the Advanced tab -> Select Settings under Startup and Recovery -> uncheck "Automatically restart" under System Failure OK out of everything.

Next time you get the blue screen it should stay; note the STOP error and any file mentioned.

Looks like a driver file for an ATI video card. If you have an ATI video card and this is the error message that always comes up I would try reinstalling the drivers for the video card.

Also, make sure you use Drivercleaner (http://www.drivercleaner.net/) in safe mode after you uninstall the video card drivers to make sure that all drivers have been removed.

Then boot to normal mode, download the latest Catalyst drivers, install, reboot.

Alright, for future reference PUNCTUATE and use PARAGRAPHS.

It is extremely hard on the eyes to go through everything you just typed and make sense of it.

I would check out the Hardware forum if I were you, if that's where you think the problem lies. Look through some old posts and I'm sure you'll find software that can test everything on your system. Offhand, I know of a program called memtest86 that tests RAM (search for it on google and I'm sure you'll find it), but that's about it.
