I'm not proficient(I'm still learning) in editing and fixing a HijackThis log, but your computer has one problem that's very obvious to me - a bloated startup load(too many unnecessary programs running in the background). I see at least a dozen that can be disabled from doing so. We can deal with that though after your HijackThis log is dealt with.

    ----------------------------------------------------------------

Go to the spyware tools section at http://www.majorgeeks.com and download and install Ad-Aware SE Personal 1.05 and Spybot - Search & Destroy 1.3. Once they're installed, run their update function and get them up-to-date with the latest files. Once they're up-to-date, open and run a full system scan with Ad-Aware. Once the scan is finished, select and delete everything that it finds. Open and run a scan with Spybot. Once the scan is finished, select and delete everything in red that it finds. Once that's done, open and run another scan with HijackThis, then post another log here.

Are you using Roadrunner high-speed cable?
