I have a pc that has an i7 6700, a gtx 1060, and 16 gb of ram. and a 120gb of ssd and a terabyte of hdd. but the booting sequence takes over 6 minutes and the basic microsoft apps take over a minute for it to load. when I try to look at downloaded pics, it takes over a minute. Same with the microsoft app store and the photo & movie app. I'm using windows 10 btw. Please help me.

Unfortunately we have a problem I cannot understand what is attached as I do not know which entries are enabled
See this please
https://www.techadvisor.co.uk/how-to/windows/remove-windows-10-startup-programs-3615075/

If ALL those listed apps on your attachment are ENABLED then it is little wonder that Windows is slow to load
If you are unable to send something I can read WHICH is enabled at startup, then I regret that help will be difficult
From what I see there you may safely DISABLE any that are ENABLED and listed as HIGH impact
see the details on the link please
