    Hi, and welcome to TSG.

What leads you to believe this is a virus or malware related problem and not some kind of hardware issue, such as a stuck key on a keyboard?

Where is the repeating text appearing when you opened the browser and what browser were you using?

Are you able to shut it off by holding down the power button for up to 30 seconds?

repeating text appears on the search bar cortana and as well in any window areas where try to shutdown any application and even try to restart the pc. I am not able to even shut down the pc via software but i have to hard boot it.

Yes i was able to shut it off by holding down the button.

I had scanned a few times back i had some trojan virus in my pc but it was not doing anything.

I am still not sure if this is a virus or malware problem. If it is, I will defer to one of the resident virus and malware specialists. Do the repeating characters start as soon as you use the keyboard for the first time or as soon as Windows starts up?

Are you now or have ever used any kind of external keyboard, mouse, or game controller with that computer? I have read on another site that installing drivers for such external hardware could corrupt the drivers for the laptop's built-in hardware.

Am I safe to assume the problem is with the laptop's built-in keyboard and you are not using an external keyboard? Try reinstalling the default keyboard drivers even if Windows reports no problem with them and they are up to date.
