My Pictures Look Funny

Hello Experts
I am running Win95 And IE5.5 The colors on my pictures appear to be corrupted. They seem grainy and tinted with green. Recently I have had to use Safe Mode in order to manage some files. Other then that, I have not made any changes. These are family pictures that were sharp and well defined, until recently. Appreciate your help.

Upload one of them here so we can see what you mean. More than likely a computer problem rather than a photo problem if they were alright in the past.

Thanks for your response. My pictures had been excellent until this strange blight attacked. I'll attempt to send you an example.

To upload a photo click on the "go advanced" button below and then in the new window scroll down to "manage attachments" then browse
for your photo file and upload.

Just to let you know. I have to press CTRL to open "manage attachments".
I browse, open the picture, press upload, then close . Is there a symbol on
my message that should indicate a photo attachment?
