My USB ports don't seem to be working

    Sheesh, since I put together this new PC, I sure have been to this site a lot.:p
    Anyways, I put my jumpdrive into my PC, but it wouldn't pick it up. I tried both ports, but nothing. I checked the mobo disk, and one of the options is for USB, but when I clicked on it, it said I need the SP1 because the drivers are included. I checked the disk in Explorer and clicked the USB icon and it said I already had the USB drivers from SP1.:confused:

    You mentioned SP1 but not which OS. I assume XP. Get SP2 and try again. If running 2000, get SP4.

    Also, be sure all USB is turned on in the BIOS.
