What's the model number and the 7-character "service tag" number of your Dell Latitude laptop?

    Which Windows version(XP, Vista, 7, 8.1, 10) and bit number(32, 64) is it running?

Download the executable self-installing driver from the Dell web site and then run it.

If your service tag is not readable or missing, you can get this information by going to Command Prompt (Windows key + R; type cmd and press Enter in run box) and type the command wmic bios get serialnumber and you should see the service tag (providing your motherboard hasn't been changed and was not set up properly).
