My windows ten was whipped

Now when I turn on my pc it says “reboot and select proper boot device or insert boot media in selected boot device and press key”
I don’t know how to fix this

Usually indicative of a defective hard drive. If it boots up properly again, backup your data immediately.

If it doesn't boot up again. Download Linux Live DVD on good machine and burn DVD. Boot it and do not install, use Live test. Then you can access your hard drive and copy off all data to a USB memory stick.
