I have installed Apache 2.0.52, PHP 5.0.3, and MySQL 4.0.23 on Windows XP. I uncommented extension=php_mysql.dll in the php.ini file and copied libmysql.dll into both C:\Windows\System32 and C:\Windows\System.

My phpinfo.php test works fine so I know PHP and Apache are working together. I do not see any MySQL references on that entire page. I know it should based on other information I have found on the web. Needless to say, mysql_connect(...) does not work, it gives an undefined function error. if anyone can offer any suggestions, I would be extremely grateful!

    Thank you!
