A friend of mine has a website at
    http://www.ericamanfred.com/

Some people can go to it, but others get a server not found error.

Any clue as to how to investigate this?

Hi, I get to the site OK. It might be that some people have their security settings set on High. I have mine on Medium high. Also make sure that people have their IE set to accept 'cookies'. They could try another browser like Firefox.

What version of Firefox are you using?

The most current version is 8.0.1.

Try refreshing your DNS resolver cache by following these steps:

Click on Start > Run > type CMD

In the Command Prompt, type: ipconfig /flushdns

    Press Enter.

Perhaps your friend might want to check his firewall settings to make sure he's not blocking your IP address or whole IP ranges?
