    Hiya

The only one I can think of that comes installed with Win98, is Paint.

Is that what you meant? Its in Start | programs | accesories

To change the size of your picture

On the Image menu, click Attributes.
Under Units, click the unit of measurement you want to use for the width and height.
Type the measurements in Width and Height

    Regards

Are you thinking of Microsoft Photo Editor? It comes with Microsoft Office and maybe Microsoft Works, but it doesn't come with any version of Windows. Many people who buy computers from retailers such as Compaq receive their machines with Microsoft Office pre-installed which means that Microsoft Photo Editor is usually on there as well.

ArcSoft PhotoBase & ArcSoft PhotoStudio 2000 were on the setup CD for my Canon Scanner....
PhotoStudio 2000 is only one I use tho', so will probably uninstall PhotoBase one of these days :)

I have Imaging that came on Windows 98.

    Shortcut is at C:\WINDOWS\Start Menu\Programs\Accessories

    It points to C:\WINDOWS\KODAKIMG.EXE

If this is what you want it is in the Add/Remove, Windows Setup tab. Look under Accessories for Imaging.
